You have a budget. You have customer feedback. You’re still figuring out what to launch. Bring both into one conversation with Replit. Organize the numbers, explore what customers ask for, then plan a launch based on what you can spend and what customers need.

Best for

  • Founders deciding what to launch next with a fixed budget.
  • Product and marketing leads who need a plan grounded in both cost and customer demand.

Before you start

Have a budget spreadsheet with labeled costs and a source of feedback, such as survey responses, support tickets, or a Slack channel. Connect the tool that holds the feedback, or upload it as a file.

Ask Replit

Attach the budget, then ask:

What to expect

Replit returns three connected results: an organized budget, a report of feedback themes, and a launch plan. The plan refers to both earlier results, so each recommendation shows its cost and the customer need behind it. Review the totals against your spreadsheet before you share the plan.

Troubleshooting

  • The plan ignores part of the budget: ask Replit to list the budget lines it used and to flag any it left out.
  • Themes are too broad: ask for the top five themes with example quotes for each.
