Best for
- Founders and ops leads who need the real monthly spend on tools and services.
- Finance and office managers who need to catch forgotten trials before they renew.
Connectors
Before you start
Connect Gmail and a Google Sheet (or ask Agent to create one). Tell Agent which inbox or label to search.Prompt the agent
What to expect
Agent builds a table of vendors, amounts, billing cadence, and a monthly total. Spot-check a few rows against the original emails. The first run will miss vendors that don’t say “subscription” in the subject; add those labels and rerun. Pick three vendors you know, open the Gmail receipt, and confirm amount and cadence before you trust the monthly total.Make it work for you
Troubleshooting
- The sheet is missing subscriptions you know about: tell Agent which Gmail label or search to use, and include vendors that don’t say “subscription” in the subject. Spot-check a few rows against the original emails.
- Amounts or cadence look wrong: receipts often show tax, credits, or a different currency. Ask Agent to keep the line-item amount and billing period from the email, and to flag rows it inferred.
- The same vendor appears twice: ask Agent to merge by vendor name and keep the latest receipt, then recalculate the monthly total.
