Sponsorship is a fit problem: the brands worth pitching already pay to reach your audience. Agent reads your event brief in Notion, researches brands whose marketing matches your theme and audience, identifies the marketing or partnerships lead, and enriches each one with FullEnrich for a work email and mobile number. You get a sponsor pipeline in Google Sheets with the tier to pitch. You review and send.

Best for

  • Event organizers who need a sponsor pipeline before the prospectus goes out.
  • Marketing teams who want brands that match the audience, not a list of familiar logos.

Connectors

Before you start

Have the brief ready: theme, date, audience size, audience profile, and sponsorship tiers with prices. A Notion page is the easiest thing to point Agent at, but a doc or a paragraph in the chat works too. Search previews are free, but every enrichment spends FullEnrich credits, so add credits to that account first and cap the run at 20 contacts. Agent bills on effort-based pricing, so the research and the writing spend Replit credits too. Keep a balance on your plan before you start. Mobile numbers and personal emails are personal data. Check the outreach rules that apply where you and the contact are based.

What to expect

1

Agent asks you to connect

Replit opens the FullEnrich sign-in so you can authorize the MCP server, and asks for Notion and Google Sheets if they aren’t connected yet.
2

It reads the brief

It plays back your theme, date, audience, and tiers. Fix anything wrong before it starts searching.
3

It researches brands

Brands whose marketing targets that audience, and it puts recent sponsors of comparable events first.
4

It names the marketing or partnerships lead

At each brand, then it runs FullEnrich on each one for a work email and mobile number.
5

It writes the pipeline

Into Google Sheets, one row per brand, with the tier to pitch and the contacts it couldn’t enrich.
You end up with 20 ranked brands and a named human behind each logo. Expect gaps: some contacts have no mobile number, and large brands split sponsorship across brand, field, and partnerships teams. FullEnrich returns a verification status with each email, so treat anything unverified as a guess. Open three rows, confirm the person still holds the role, and check the past sponsorship you plan to cite.

Troubleshooting

Put the audience profile in the brief. Job titles, seniority, company size, and region beat a headcount number, and they let Agent match on who a brand already advertises to.
FullEnrich needs a full name plus a company domain or LinkedIn URL. Ask Agent to fill those columns first, then re-run enrichment on the failed rows only.
Each contact spends FullEnrich credits, so ask Agent to check your credit balance. Even with credits to spare, FullEnrich sometimes can’t find an email or mobile number, so a few blank rows is normal.
