Haptics are the small vibrations a phone gives back when you tap something, like the tiny buzz when you press a button. iOS: Supports several distinct feedback styles, light, medium, heavy impact, plus success and warning notification feedback. Android: Supports a smaller set of vibration patterns. Agent picks the closest equivalent so it still feels intentional, not identical to iOS.

Troubleshooting

  • No feedback on a physical device: confirm the phone’s haptics/vibration setting isn’t disabled in system settings, PixelGames can’t override that.
  • Nothing happens using Replit’s Simulate on iOS/Android preview: that view only renders the screen, it has no way to trigger your phone’s vibration motor. Switch to Expo Go on a real device to feel haptics, see preview and test on your phone.
  • Feels different between iOS and Android: expected, the two platforms don’t expose the same feedback styles. Ask Agent to tune each separately if the difference is jarring.
