Replit uses them across that Workspace’s Projects and sessions, so you do not need to repeat conventions in every chat. Use Custom Instructions for a small set of guidelines that are always true, such as approved libraries, security requirements, or data-handling policies. Keep them short and specific so they leave room for the work at hand.
