This is Replit Agent's first major update since launch. In this release,

  • We've added React support and taught Agent how to use your favorite frameworks (like shadcn and framer-motion).
  • We've eliminated capped usage. You can use Agent all you want. We've bumped default quotas and enabled usage-based billing.
  • We've added multi-session support. You can now create new chats to narrow down the context for specific features.

Read on for examples and more details on what's new.

React Support

You can now create more beautiful and responsive applications with React. In our first release, you need to explicitly tell Agent to use React—give it a shot!

React Support

This unlocks native support for your favorite frameworks and components. This includes popular choices like shadcn and framer-motion.

Of course, we'll continue to provide full support for Postgres databases (via Prisma) and deployment options.

Unlimited Usage

Configure Usage

Agent usage is no longer capped. Continue your usage even after hitting your quota limits by paying for additional credits.

If that wasn't enough, we've increased Agent quotas across all plans. Core users get $50 & Teams users get $80 in credits.

Multi-Session Support

New Chats

Starting today, Agent supports multiple chat sessions for your projects. You can create new chats to narrow down the context for specific features.

This will make Agent sessions more targeted and useful for features, while giving you the flexibility to switch between different contexts.

Stay tuned for more updates on Replit Agent, we have quite a bit cooking.
